The Kinergy eco was designed to satisfy the customer’s demand for riding comfort while maximizing fuel efficiency and achieved this through the use of Hankook’s vibration control technology. When producing the Kinergy eco Hankook’s fuel saving technology was developed by combining new materials, such as nano-scale silica particles, using new mixing technology. These technologies help improve both fuel efficiency and wet braking performance.

The design of the tyre achieves a quieter ride and better handling by optimizing pitch sequence while dry handling performance is improved through the use of larger shoulder blocks and increased contact area.

The tyre’s tread pattern was designed to improve handling on dry roads and provide additional performance in wet conditions while the optimal width and positioning of the three channel grooves ensures excellent performance in wet driving conditions.
