What kind of payment options do you offer?

You can pay for your orders online by credit or debit card or by using PayPal.

The money will be taken from your card when the delivery of your order has taken place.

All card transactions go through a secure server (SSL) through 3D-Secure before going through our transaction partner DIBS. DIBS handle card information and they fulfill all the necessary security requirements.

I have paid for my order by card and now I need a receipt - What should I do?

Please send us your order number and a note saying you want a receipt.

We can send a receipt either by e-mail or post.

Can I change my order?

Yes, you can change your order until our warehouse personal starts to pick up the goods or start mounting the tyre to the rim. Change your order by calling our customer service on phonenumber:0330-80 80 999.
