Can I change my order?
Yes, you can change your order until our warehouse personal starts to pick up the goods or start mounting the tyre to the rim. Change your order by calling our customer service on 0330 80 80 999.

I´ve already made an order; can I check when the products are going to be delivered?
You can login with your e-mail address and chosen password to see any delivery information and the status of your order. You can also call our customer service at 0330-80 80 999 for information about the delivery.
How can I track my delivery?
When the products get shipped from our warehouse, all products have been marked with a tracking number that you will receive after placing your order. This information can also be found by logging in with your e-mail address and chosen password on our website.
I want to get the goods delivered to my work address instead of home address, can this be arranged?
Of course, simply choose "delivery to another address" when you´re at the checkout.
How much do you charge for delivery?
